1. Returns & Refunds Policy

At GSP24 Ltd, trading as JagRange, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to be clear and straightforward.

Returns

• Our returns window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

• Check your bank account again.

• Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).

• Contact your bank (there may be additional delays).

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at sales@gsp24.co.uk.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email sales@gsp24.co.uk before returning your item.
